A five-week discussion-based course on the rationale, science, and societal impacts of alternative proteins. This is a great way to learn more about plant-based proteins, fermentation, and cultivated meat, and to think about how you might contribute to their development. Each week combines independent reading (1-2 hours) with a small-group discussion session (1.5 hours) to dig into the material together.
The course starts on the week commencing October 19th and ends on the week commencing November 16th, 2026.
The course is absolutely free to attend and is in-person only.
